What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover lost time.
When will I receive the media?
We endeavour to deliver all edited photos, floor plans, and 3D tours by the next business day. Videos may take up to 48 hours depending on complexity and schedule load.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Edmonton and surrounding areas, including St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Spruce Grove, and Fort Saskatchewan. If you’re outside this range, just get in touch — we may still be able to accommodate your shoot with a small travel fee.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?
We monitor the forecast closely. For exterior-heavy shoots (like drone or twilight sessions), we’ll happily reschedule due to poor weather at no extra charge.
How long does a shoot typically take?
Standard photo session: 45–60 minutes
Photo + video package: 60–90 minutes
Twilight sessions: 30 minutes
Large homes: Allow 1.5–2 hours
Do you measure the property on site?
Yes. Our RMS-compliant floor plans are created using on-site measurements with professional laser tools to ensure accuracy.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes — for an additional fee, you can request same-day turnaround on select services (photos, floor plans). Contact us before booking to confirm availability.
Can I customize a package or add services later?
Absolutely. All packages are flexible. You can add services like drone, twilight, or virtual staging at checkout or afterward by contacting us directly.
Do you offer discounts for multi-property or recurring bookings?
Yes. We can work with agents and brokerages on a recurring basis. Contact us for custom pricing if you plan to shoot multiple listings per month.
How do I prepare the property for the shoot?
We’ll send you a prep guide before the shoot, but in general:
• Clean and declutter all visible areas
• Open all blinds/curtains
• Turn on all interior lights
• Hide personal items, pet gear, and trash bins
Can I be at the property during the shoot?
You’re welcome to be present, but it’s not required. Many agents give us lockbox or keypad access — we treat every home with care and professionalism.
What format(s) will I receive the media in?
You’ll get two sets of photos:
• MLS-compliant resolution
• High-resolution for print and marketing
Videos are delivered in MP4 format
3D tours/floor plans are delivered with shareable links and downloadable PDFs
