Booking Expectations

Bookings for media services must be made in advance. A separate Service Agreement will outline specific deliverables, licensing, and terms.

Payment Terms

Payment is typically due before final delivery of media unless otherwise specified in your Service Agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours, cancellation fees up to 50% of the booking may apply. Weather-related issues are rescheduled at no charge.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 24 hours for most real estate media. Complex or custom projects may take longer and will be communicated clearly.

Privacy & Data Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. Basic data may be shared with trusted third parties (e.g., editing contractors or payment processors) only as required to deliver services.

Limitation of Liability

Keysight Media is not liable for delays caused by weather, illness, or factors beyond our control. Use of media or this website is at your own risk.

Licensing Reminder

All media is governed by our Media Licensing & Usage Rights terms. Use is limited to the property it was created for and must comply with stated licensing.
