Service Agreement

Effective July 10, 2025
This agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities for both parties when booking media services.
Client Responsibilities
- Ensure property is photo-ready at the scheduled time. Properties must be clean, decluttered, and staged (if applicable). We reserve the right to reschedule or apply a fee if the site is not in suitable condition upon arrival.
- Grant access to the full property (lockbox, key, or meet on-site)
- Notify us in advance if weather or site conditions require changes
Keysight Media Commitments
- Arrive on time and conduct professional, respectful service
- Endeavour to deliver media within 24 hours of the shoot (unless noted otherwise)
- Provide files in formats suitable for MLS, web, and print
Rescheduling & Weather
We allow complimentary reschedules with 24+ hours' notice. Poor weather (rain, wind, snow) that may impact aerial or twilight services can be rescheduled at no extra charge.
Limitation of Liability
Keysight Media is not liable for lost sales, missed listings, or any indirect damages due to media delays or errors. Re-shoots due to property condition or agent oversight may incur an additional fee.
Usage Rights
All delivered media is licensed for use by the paying client for the promotion of the specific property. Redistribution or reuse for other properties or purposes is not permitted without written consent.
Editing Limitations
Standard editing includes basic adjustments (e.g., colour correction, vertical alignment). Requests for object removal, sky swaps, or advanced retouching may be subject to additional charges.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking or prior to the delivery of any media, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Keysight Media reserves the right to withhold delivery of media until full payment is received. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service delays. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, credit card, or other methods specified at the time of booking.
Delivery
Files will be delivered via a downloadable link (Google Drive or equivalent) and stored for 30 days. It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up files.
