Media Licensing & Usage Rights
Effective July 10, 2025
All content produced by Keysight Media remains the intellectual property of Keysight Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Standard Licensing
Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use delivered media for:
- MLS and real estate listings
- Social media promotion of the specific listing
- Print and digital marketing directly related to the property
This license is limited to use by the original paying client (typically the listing agent or brokerage).
Restrictions
Clients may not:
- Resell, share, or redistribute media for use outside the original listing
- Use content for builder portfolios, staging companies, or commercial purposes (e.g., advertisements unrelated to the specific listing)
- Archive or re-use media for future listings without express permission
Third-party users (e.g., interior designers, contractors, developers) must purchase a commercial license.
License Duration
Licensing is valid for the duration of the active property listing. Once the listing is sold, expires, or is withdrawn, continued use of the media (especially in paid marketing) requires a new agreement.
Sharing & Data Use
- We do not sell or rent your personal information
- Data may be shared with trusted service partners (e.g., editing teams, payment processors, virtual tour platforms) to fulfill your request
- Usage metrics may be collected anonymously to improve our services
Copyright & Ownership
All photos, videos, and creative content remain the intellectual property of Keysight Media.
Unauthorized use (e.g., removing watermarks, editing without permission, using on multiple listings) may result in:
- Immediate takedown requests
- Licensing fees for past or continued use
- Legal action, if necessary
