Use of Website
All services must be booked in advance. Payment is due upon booking or before final delivery of media, unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to fees.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service. Weather-related rescheduling is accommodated at no cost.
Turnaround
We endeavour to turn around real estate media to you in 24 hours. However, availability will impact our ability to deliver on this. Should you depend on a quick turnaround, rush and super rush options are available. Larger or complex projects may take longer and will be communicated in advance.
Limitation of Liability
Keysight Media is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our media or website.
